Know all men by these presents that I Wm. C. Comfost Minister in charge of the Burlington circuit of the Michigan Annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church according to the discipline of said church & the laws of the State of Michigan have this day appointed and do hereby appoint Theron Hamilton, Ansel Adams _ N. Edmonds all of Burlington, Phineas Lee, _______ _____ of _____ on a board of trustees of the first parsonage of the Burlington Circuit of the Michigan annual Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church situated in the Township of Burlington Calhoun County State of Mich and described in the deed of settlement to have & to hold the aforesaid parsonage for the __ of the aforesaid Circuit of the aforesaid conference of the aforesaid church forever.

In testimony whereof I have unto let me hand & seal on this twenty third day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five.
